Journal subsystem shipped into the cockpit with AI, Social, and HPF tracks. Entries render as day cards with add/edit flow through the shared row dialog pattern. Social backend now persists journal_entries with markdown body, media URLs, and optional voice transcript. Upload is intentionally deferred; core logging loop is wired first.

Cockpit got the Ultrawinning skin: Rajdhani, Share Tech Mono, pink-on-black tokens, zero-radius UI. Queue became operational: edit, approve, kill, and upstream voice rescore from row dialogs. Triage loop shipped across Com + Social: raw signals move through keep/kill/restore, then Haiku expands only triaged inputs. Comments went live as a global cockpit feedback layer with page context and resolve/reopen states.

Started the UltrawinningCom cockpit scaffold. Shipped ideas intake, calendar grid, real queue feed, and navigation. Wired UltrawinningSocial: ideation, drafting, voice scoring, ideas API, Beehiiv adapter, queue PATCH. Cleaned prod build issues and added copy-to-clipboard for manual newsletter paste.
